Privacy
This is a small, privately operated mail host. It handles as little personal data as running mail allows.
This website
- No cookies, analytics, trackers, advertising or third-party scripts or fonts.
- The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser string) for security and troubleshooting. These logs rotate and are deleted within 14 days.
- Delivery logs: sender, recipient, time, message size, the remote server and the delivery result. They are used to deliver mail, handle bounces and complaints, and investigate abuse. Kept for up to 90 days.
- Message content received for the operator's domains is stored only in the operator's own mailboxes. It is not analysed for advertising, sold or shared.
- Suppression list: addresses that bounced, complained or asked to stop are kept only so we never mail them again.
- Reports: DMARC and TLS reports contain the sending IPs and counts that other mail providers send us. They are used only to monitor deliverability.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent data. We share it only when the law requires it, or with a network provider when that is needed to investigate abuse.
